Our specialists help determine the right media so you get crisp, long-lasting, scannable images that resist
smudging and smearing, even when exposed to dirt, chemicals, or extreme heat. Before choosing a media
type, we suggest you answer the following questions to ensure you get the best product for your industrial
application:
|
|
| Do you require a label or a tag? |
| Must the label or tag meet UL/CSA or government specifications? |
| What is the surface to which the label will be applied? |
| What is the condition of the surface (smooth, grooved, dirty, clean)? |
| What environmental stresses must the label/tag withstand (moisture, chemicals, abrasion, outdoors, UV light)? |
| What is the minimal temperature at the time you apply the label? |
| What is the temperature range the label must withstand throughout its life? |
| How will the label be read? |

We carry a complete selection of semi-automatic and manual label dispensers. We'll
recommend the system that works best for you—one that is fast, efficient, inexpensive, and reliable.
IBF's label dispensers are precision-built to exact specifications for smooth, even, trouble-free
operation. No special training is required to operate, downtime is rare, and maintenance is minimal.
|
Choose a power advance dispenser for labels in rolls, or one-up fan fold
computer printout labels. This dispenser accepts formats up to 41/2" wide and rolls up to
9" in diameter and dispenses most standard labels without difficulty. |
|
|
Choose a high-speed power advance dispenser for larger labels. This dispenser accepts roll or
fan fold formats up to 6" wide and rolls up to 9" in diameter. This is recommended when faster
label delivery is required.
|
|
|
Choose a dispenser that automatically furnishes peeled computer printout labels. This dispenser
handles all fan fold formats produced by a computer and dispenses any width label without adjustment.
|
|
|
Choose a compact, sturdy, manually-operated dispenser if limited labels are involved or if power
advance and high speed is not required.
