The editing tools allow you to add graphic effects, such as gradients and super-imposition, to .jpeg, .bmp, .pcx, .tif, and other types of image files. Designed to interface with OLE, ODBC, and Active X, RAINBOW can easily access information from an existing database or from programs such as Access, Excel, and DBF.
