A modular software solution, ASCTrac WMS can support the demands of manufacturing and distribution/fulfillment warehouse operations of virtually any size. ASCTrac utilizes proven technologies including Windows NT client/server architecture, SQL database engines, radio frequency (RF) communications, and Bar Code identification and printing.

• Processes receipts, returns, put-aways, orders, picks, moves, issues, and counts more efficiently and accurately using RF and system-directed workflow.
• Supports multiple warehouses when using a Wide Area Network (WAN), and an Oracle or MS SQL database (ASCTrac Enterprise version). Supervisor/user defined rules/tables.
• A built-in Statistics Module provides graphical representations of worker performance, warehouse efficiency, item sales, and more. Built-in custom report generator allows you to define/select the fields to report.
• An audit trail transaction file allows managers to see who did what, where, and when it happened.
• ASCTrac WMS supports the most popular database, interface, and protocol formats including TCP/IP, ODBC, SQL, API, ASCII, EDI, and PLC logic. Others available on request.
• WMS supports RF Scanners manufactured by Symbol, Telxon, and others. ASCTrac also supports most Bar Code label printers (i.e. Sato, Zebra, Datamax, etc.).
• Interfaces available to SAP, BAAN, PeopleSoft, Macola, and other ERP/MRP host systems.
• ASCTrac supports standard ASCII file imports and exports (automated using a configurable timer).
• Includes eDocuments Module for designing/printing custom forms, and printing documents such as Material Safety Data Sheets, engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, etc. Documents can be any Windows compatible file format. Forms such as packing slips, shipping manifests, etc. are designed with the included forms design tools and can be populated with data from ASCTrac.
